ice cream and open air driving

sunset reflected

Josh's parents are camping this week so Josh has free reign over his dad's 1968 Corvette. (Or as Josh refers to it "his inheritance".) Last night after work Josh went over and swapped his car for the Vette. He suggested we take a cruise in it and get some ice cream. The boy sure knows how to make me happy!

Its to bad you didn't offer to bring your dear old Dad something.
Who would do just about anything for you. But thats okay I'll be okay without a cool treat. Don't worry about me.

Well Old Man, we didn't get over there until about 8:30...figured that was too late. You know, considering your bedtime.
Well young lady, I was at work sweating and slaving away, thinking how a cool treat from DQ would just about hit the spot.

about me

I'm 29 and live in central Illinois. I've been married to an amazing man for four and a half years. We have a little white dog and bought our first house in 2008. We added a new member to our family in October 2008. Jasper is made of marshmallows and awesome. I am lucky enough to stay at home with him. He makes us laugh everyday. I also have my own photography business called Knight Light. We also do what we can to be a little more eco-friendly.
