about me

I'm 28 and live in central Illinois. I've been married to an amazing man for three years. We have a little white dog and just bought our first house! We are also expecting our first child in October. I LOVE design and photography. I'm busy getting my own business up and going. We also do what we can to be a little more eco-friendly.

appreciating taste

Thursday, February 28, 2008

Yesterday was the first day that things have tasted right since first getting sick last week. Josh was so happy to hear that I was feeling better that he took me out to supper. I've been craving Chili's french fries so we headed there. It tasted like the best meal I had ever had. It's funny how being sick makes you appreciate things like that.

Other things I'm appreciating today:
- being able to breath out of my nose again
- not coughing so much
- feeling like I have the energy to do something other than lay on the couch all evening
- tomorrow is Friday

Oh, good, I am so glad you are feeling better, AND that you enjoyed a meal so much.

Yes, tomorrow is FRIDAY... hallelujah!
