wellies and bailey's

Over the summer I took this picture of my wellies. In September I was contacted by a lady in London through flickr interested in using my picture. Honestly I thought it was a scam so I ignored the flickr mail. A couple weeks after that I got an email from the same lady. She worked for a marketing company that did promotional pieces for their clients. They happened to be working on a piece for Bailey's Irish Cream. After a little research I realized that the request was legit!
Anyway, I gave them permission to use my picture for a year and was paid a whopping £120 (which figures out to be $244.64). I received my check the other day and the marketing piece. I have to admit that it was very exciting! Of course I had no idea what a pain it would be to cash a check that was written in pounds. It's going to cost me money and take up to six weeks. Too bad I didn't get some complimentary Bailey's to make that wait easier. Oh well, now I can say my work was published, right?
Here is a larger version of the two sides that used my picture. The letter and the folder containing all of the information.
