about me

I'm 28 and live in central Illinois. I've been married to an amazing man for three years. We have a little white dog and just bought our first house! We are also expecting our first child in October. I LOVE design and photography. I'm busy getting my own business up and going. We also do what we can to be a little more eco-friendly.

bebo's boots

Tuesday, December 11, 2007

The other night Josh and I picked up some little booties for Bebo's feet. His little paws get really cold when he has to stand out in the snow for a while. They were five bucks at Petco so I didn't feel like I'd be out much if he didn't want to wear them.

He actually doesn't mind them too much but it is hilarious when we first put them on his feet. He high-steps it all over the kitchen. I took a little video of him (but excuse the gross apartment carpeting).

I suppose it makes me a really terrible person that I want to rush right out to Petco to and grab a set of those boots for my own dog for the sole purpose of seeing them have the same effect on him. Dogs are so funny, no wonder their good for our emotional health. :)

(ps: he may not be excited about the footware in the kitchen but I'm sure he'll appreciate it when he's out on his next walk!)
Once we hooked him up outside, he realized what they were for. He was even digging in the snow!
That is so funny!!!!
So So SO Funny!

Molly has a pair that she wears when we visit the snow in Oregon. She HATES them. She does that funny high stepping thing, too. But she never gets used to them. Oh well, it still keeps her feet from hurting.
