about me

I'm 28 and live in central Illinois. I've been married to an amazing man for three years. We have a little white dog and just bought our first house! We are also expecting our first child in October. I LOVE design and photography. I'm busy getting my own business up and going. We also do what we can to be a little more eco-friendly.

Bad Little Bebo

Thursday, November 17, 2005

Look at that face...so innocent, so sweet. He'd never be naughty, right? Ha. Tuesday night he peed on my bed. Last night he ate a whole Kit Kat bar that he first dug out of my purse. I feel like I need to call Jo, aka Super Nanny, because I'm not being a good mother or something.

Seriously though, the dog gets fed. He gets treats. He gets LOADS of love and attention. What more does a dog need?

When Josh and I walked in last night and my purse was strewn all over the kitchen floor, Bebo just laid there and looked innocently up at us. The thing that was funny is that he totally knew he was in trouble. Josh put him in his kennel and he just sat in there and didn't make a sound.

So now I just don't know what to do. It's not like he's a bad dog. I mean, he's almost always well behaved. He rarely tears things up except for when we're gone. How do you discipline that? He knows that he's been bad because he acts so guilty. I'm just not sure what to do!

With a face like that, how can you not instantly forgive him? This is how I know that I would be the "good" parent whenever the time comes to have kids.
Last night when Josh was putting him in his kennel, Bebo wasn't wanting to go. He planted his front legs on the floor and I just wanted to pick him up and say it's okay! That's terrible...
hey, nothing looks different on my site. did you mean you changed something that i should notice, or just did some cleaning up and stuff? totally confused. that's all. love ya! tell bebo to stop being a turd!
