Chocolate Overload

I got to spend the day with my baby. We went to town and "splurged" by eating out at Applebee's. The food was great but we had to wait for almost an hour to get it. AN HOUR? AN HOUR. I wrote a complaint letter because this hasn't been the first time. Headed to Borders afterwards and I bought a book off my list... Ulysses by James Joyce. Yikes, I'm a little nervous to start. We also got George Orwell's 1984 and Animal Farm which Josh has already started. Man, if I finished those three I would only have 7 books to go...I might have to up the book number.

Tonight Josh and I baked cookies and then cupcakes. His youth group is doing a fundraiser tomorrow after church so he had to bring two chocolate goodies. You know, I baked all evening but it was fun. They look pretty yummy too so of course I had to sample...
